We take great care to ensure that our products are delivered to you in excellent condition but if something goes wrong; we take responsibility. Kindly take the following steps as appropriate to help us assist you promptly.
RETURNS FOR WRONG PURCHASE:
1. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it.
2. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
3. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
4. To exchange the item for the correct one, additional shipping charges will be required.
5. For a refund, once we have received and inspected the item a refund will be processed less 25% restocking fee.
6. A cancellation fee of 10% will be applied on all orders that have not been shipped.
7. Shipping cost is not refundable
